KIEV, Sept. 27 - Ukraine will consider joining the effort to establish an international uranium enrichment center in Russia's Angarsk, Ukrainian Fuel and Energy Ministry's Nuclear Energy Department head Natalia Shumkova said.

Ukraine will respond to Russia's proposal on joining the project by December this year, and Ukraine will be given "a certain amount of shares" if it joins it, she said.
