KIEV, Sept 27 - The National Bank of Ukraine has cancelled the introduction of restrictions Oct. 19 on interest rates on foreign borrowing for residents of Ukraine, First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank Anatoliy Shapovalov said, citing a bank decision.
"The points (of a National Bank resolution) that set restrictions were abolished. The old rules apply. The procedures for registering loans were simplified with notification required loans for up to one year. Now the loans don't have to be registered first; just get the loan and inform the National Bank within two days," he said.
