MOSCOW, Sept. 27 - Russia may stop using missile defense radar stations in Ukraine's Mukacheve and Sevastopol, Space Forces Commander Col. Gen. Vladimir Popovkin said.

"There’s a draft law on Russia's secession from the agreement concerning the Mukacheve and Sevastopol radar stations, especially as their service life expired in 2005," he said.
