KIEV, Sept. 26 - Knauf Insulation Ukraine plans by the end of 2008 to build a plant in Fastiv in Kiev region to produce construction materials, General Director of Knauf Gypsum Kiev Oleksandr Havrysh told Interfax-Ukraine during a ceremony devoted to the opening of a dry construction system laboratory at Kiev National Construction and Architecture University on Tuesday.

"The company has signed contracts for engineering and as soon as it gets permission to build it will begin the project. Construction will probably begin next spring," he said.
