KIEV, Sept. 25 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny plans to start drilling at oil fields in Egypt and Libya in 2007, the company's chairman, Yevhen Bakulin, said in Lviv on Tuesday.

"Specialists will be sent to Egypt and Libya... We plan to start the work this year," he said.
