KIEV, Sept. 26 - Ukraine's State Property Fund is seeking to annul the 2001 sale of stakes in Marhanets Mining and Ordzhonikidze Mining by the state company Ukrainian Polymetals.

These companies, Ukraine's only manganese ore producers, are now owned by the Privat group, which also controls substantial ferroalloy assets.
