KIEV, Sept. 25 – Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych’s Regions Party is recruiting people among its supporters throughout Ukraine for use in staging street protests in Kiev after the Sept. 30 election.

The party has already been setting up tents in downtown Kiev in the same fashion it has been protesting President Viktor Yushchenko’s decree dismissing Parliament in April. The tents, however, have not been yet filled with protesters.
