KIEV, Sept. 21 – The Economy Ministry has put oil on the list of goods, the re-export of which requires permission, in order to increase the volume of its refining at Ukrainian oil refineries, Economy Minister Anatoliy Kinakh told the press on Thursday.

"There are times when oil is supplied to oil refineries not for refining but only for reworking... then oil with some improved features is exported further outside Ukraine. This will be regulated – Ukrainian oil refineries are not operating at full capacity," Kinakh said.
