KIEV, Sept. 18 -- President Viktor Yushchenko says that the formation of a stockpile of one million tons of grain should be a priority of the budget policy aimed at supporting Ukrainian agribusinesses in 2008.

"We need a mechanism that would help regulate prices and keep them stable on the market and this mechanism is creating an agrarian fund," he told reporters after chairing a meeting on the development of the national grain market.
