KIEV, Sept. 18 – The Ukrainian cabinet will allocate UAH410.4 million from the national budget to increase the safety of coal mining and restructure the coal sector in Donetsk region in 2008-2011, according to an agreement on the development of Donetsk region signed between the cabinet and Donetsk regional council.

The agreement was signed by First Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Mykola Azarov and Chairman of Donetsk region council Anatoliy Blyzniuk on Sept. 15.
