KIEV, Sept. 17 – The State Property Fund has completed an assessment of the property of the state Kryvy Rih Mining and Processing Plant for Oxidized Ores in Dolysnke in Kirovohrad region, and on Sept. 20 plans to sign an agreement on the creation of a joint venture to complete the building of the plant with an investor.

"The assessment of the object has been made, and next week I go the site and will sign the relevant documents," SPF head Valentyna Semeniuk said at a press conference in Kiev last week.
