ODESSA, Sept. 17 - TransInvestService Ltd. (TIS) plans to build a cargo trans-shipping terminal at Odessa's Yuzhny port, Andriy Vetriak, the manager of the TIS project group, told Interfax-Ukraine.

The investment project for the terminal was approved at a meeting of an investment council chaired by the Odessa regional state administration's head in December 2006. The cost of the first stage of the project is $103 million. The terminal will be launched in 2009.
