KIEV, Sept. 14 – Top members of the Socialist Party held an emergency meeting Friday seeking to shake up their campaign ahead of the Sept. 30 election as opinion polls showed the party may be eliminated from Parliament.

Parliamentary Speaker Oleksandr Moroz, the leader of the party, has apparently expressed extreme unhappiness over campaign and called for measures to boost electoral support, people familiar with the development said.
