KIEV, Sept. 14 - Ukraine’s largest ferroalloy producer, Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant (NFP), suspended shareholder meeting amid disagreement between shareholders over the company’s management, a source at the company said Friday.

The meeting, which was supposed to approve a new share issue, distribution of 2006 profits and to reshuffle top management, was due on Thursday. But it was suspended until October 12 due to the disagreement, the source said.
