KIEV, Sept. 13 – France's AXA Group plans to complete a deal on the acquisition of a bare majority stake in Ukrainian Insurance Alliance and Vesko Insurance Company (both based in Kiev) in November, said Ukrainian Insurance Alliance Board Chairman Andriy Peretiazhko.

He said that the agreement on the purchase of a controlling state in Ukrainian Insurance Alliance by AXA Group was signed on June 8, and on the purchase of a controlling stake in Vesko on July 8. At present, all documents are being agreed in Ukrainian state bodies, in particular, in the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, he said.
