KIEV, Sept. 11 - Swedish media holding Modern Times Group (MTG) announced it has acquired 50% of Kiev-based Vision TV from Britain's Strong Media Group.

Vision TV will continuing working in Ukraine under the Viasat brand, owned by MTG and which is one of the biggest pay-TV providers in the world.
