KIEV, Sept. 11 – The Cabinet of Ministers has underestimated the macroeconomic indices it used to prepare Ukraine’s 2008 budget, according to the Secretariat of President Viktor Yushchenko.

First Deputy Head of the Presidential Secretariat Oleksandr Shlapak presented the assessment of Yuschenko at a briefing on Tuesday.
