KIEV, Sept. 11 – President Viktor Yushchenko has ordered the approval of a plan on the realization of agreements reached during a working visit of the president to Turkey to take part in the summit of head of states of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC).

The president signed a relevant decree on Monday, the presidential press service reported.
