KIEV, Sept. 10 - Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych on Monday voiced support for President Viktor Yushchenko’s plan to shake up a team of negotiators that are holding natural gas talks with Russia.

Yushchenko ordered the government on Friday to make the talks more transparent by adding to the team officials from the Foreign Ministry and the National Security and Defense Council, the country’s top security body. The president controls both bodies.
