KIEV, Sept. 7 – The Ukrainian cabinet plans to foresee in the draft 2008 and 2009 national budgets UAH240 million annually to finance the Telephone in Every House program, said Deputy Prime Minister Andriy Kliuyev.

He said that the program foresees the provision residents of remote regions, which are difficult of access, with fixed communications using the CDMA technology.
