KIEV, Sept. 7 – The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) may lend EUR9.5 million to Poland’s Barlinek Invest for the construction of a biofuel (pellet) production facility in Kosiv in Ivano-Frankivsk region.

The EBRD board will consider the project on Oct. 9, the EBRD told Interfax-Ukraine on Friday.

The facility will also consist of a softwood saw mill.
