KIEV, Sept. 7 – Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych indicated Friday that he will probably ignore President Viktor Yushchenko’s decree that suspended two ministers from their duties amid concerns over national security.

Yushchenko suspended Emergency Situations Minister Nestor Shufrych and Transportation and Communications Minister Mykola Rudkovskiy following a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council.
