KIEV, Sept. 4 – If the owners of Donetsk-based Istil Ukraine mini-steel mill confirm the plans to sell the mill, the most suitable investors for it will be present stockholders in Donetskstal- steel mill, which is located on the same industrial site, Serhiy Hryschenko, former deputy industry minister and vice president of the Ukrainian Association of Ferrous Metallurgy Companies UkrmMet, told Interfax-Ukraine.

"There is no official information on the sale of Istil Ukraine... if these talks are held, they were preceded by signing of a confidentiality agreement," he said.
