KIEV, Sept. 4 – UkrNafta, Ukraine's large oil extraction company, said that the Environment Protection Ministry is preparing a transfer of a license of the national Nadra Ukrayiny on development of the Sakhalinske oil and gas condensate field in Krasnokutsky District in Kharkiv region to a non-governmental commercial company.

"We found that soon the Environment Protection Ministry is going to transfer the license to a non-governmental commercial company – Geolsoyuz, which is under controls of persons who are close to the leadership of the ministry," the head of the legal department at UkrNafta, Vyacheslav Kartashev, said.
