KIEV, Sept. 4 - President Viktor Yushchenko on Tuesday suspended the government resolution that had sought to transfer a state-owned 43% stake in UkrTatNafta, the largest oil refinery, to the state privatization agency.

The move effectively returns the stake to the management of Naftogaz Ukrayiny, the national oil and gas company, by suspending the government’s efforts to transfer it to the State Property Fund.
