KIEV, Sept. 4 – A court on Tuesday rejected an appeal from the Justice Ministry in a ruling that maintains integrity of President Viktor Yushchenko’s Our Ukraine-People’s Self-defense ahead of the Sept. 30 election.

The ruling is a defeat for Justice Minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych, who has been working hard over the past month to register the Pora party, a part of Our Ukraine, as a separate entity.
