KIEV, Sept. 3 - Austria's Henkell&Sohnlein Sektkellereien Gesellschaft m.b.H, part of Henkell&Sohnlein Group, has bought a 26.214% stake in Kiev's Stolychny champagne factory, according to an official report by the factory.

The factory said that the Austrian company built up its stake by 25.769%, mainly though a purchase of a 24.554% stake from a resident individual.
The company was given permission to purchase Kiev's Stolychny champagne factory, the Antimonopoly Committee ruled in June.
