KIEV, Sept. 2 – A court upheld a lawsuit from Our Ukraine-People’s Self-defense group seeking to cancel registration of the Pora party, previously part of the group, as a separate entity running for the Sept. 30 election.

The Kiev District Administrative Court ruled late Friday that the Justice Ministry had “unlawfully” allowed Pora to re-register itself in a way that had allowed it to run for the election.
