KIEV, Aug. 31 – Housing prices in Kiev will grow 30-40% by late 2007, Kiev-based Miskzhytlobud President Denys Kostrzhevsky told Interfax-Ukraine.
"The fall is a traditional time for more activity on the real estate market, and the early elections will influence prices. The more elections that are held, the higher house prices go, as the money pumped into the economy stimulates demand for apartments," he said.
Kostrzhevsky said that Miskzhytlobud was not feeling the effects of the stagnation on the real estate market.
