KIEV, Aug. 29 – Real estate prices in Ukraine may slow down in the near future but will not significantly fall, according to Ukrsotsbank Deputy Chairman Iryna Kniazeva.
"The price of top-quality housing on the primary market won't fall, although it won't rise at a similar pace, as the number of people, who earns enough money becomes more and more, and sooner or later they would have a desire to improve their housing conditions and to move to a new and larger apartment, have parking and other things," said Kniazeva.
