KIEV, Aug. 27 – Lysychansk oil refinery, run by LINIK, in Luhansk region, has restarted all processing plants after halting them on Aug. 14 because of a break in the power supply, TNK-BP Ukraine Ltd. said on Monday.
As the company said, the refinery's catalytic cracking and bitumen production facilities were re-launched on Aug. 14. Loading the catalytic cracking plant with vacuum gas oil made it possible for the refinery to work without its primary oil processing plant and other installations (those for catalytic reforming and isomerization) and continue production of fuel (92-brand petrol, diesel fuel, polypropylene, and others), TNK-BP Ukraine told Interfax-Ukraine.
