KIEV, Aug. 27 – The owners of Halychyna oil refinery plan to invest $700 million into the modernization of the enterprise by 2011.

As head of Lviv regional state administration Petro Oliynyk told journalists during a press conference in Kiev on Monday, the plans are contained in a memorandum signed by Lviv region state administration and the management of Halychyna oil refinery in March.
