KIEV, Aug. 20 – The transfer of a state stake in UkrTatNafta from the management of the national Naftogaz Ukrayiny to the State Property Fund would not cut the statutory fund of Naftogaz Ukrayiny, according to an official report by UkrTatNafta posted on the company's Web site.

According to the document, according to president's decree of July 16, 2004, a 43.054% stake in UkrTatNafta was transferred to Naftogaz Ukrayiny to the management, and not to the statutory fund, and during this period the holding has actually managed the stake in company.
