KIEV, Aug. 21 – U.S. Pepsico and PepsiAmericas have completed a joint deal to buy an 80% stake in Mykolaiv-based Sandora Ltd., Ukraine's largest juice producer, the two companies announced on Monday.

The companies said that a joint deal on the purchase of the remaining 20% of Sandora's stocks is scheduled for November.

"We have a clear strategy for growth and the development of our international business, and Sandora is an important supplement on the rapidly growing Ukrainian market," said PepsiAmericas CEO Robert C. Pohlad.
