KIEV, Aug. 17 – President Viktor Yushchenko plans to ask the cabinet to review its resolution to transfer of a state stake in UkrTatNafta from the management of the national Naftogaz Ukrayiny to the State Property Fund, spokesman Yan Bernaziuk, said in Kiev.

"The relevant address is being drawn up to the cabinet with a proposal to review this. This resolution can be reviewed through making amendments to the resolution and returning the stake to the statutory fund of Naftogaz Ukrayiny or through gaining agreement from creditors, which would confirm that they will not declare the national company in default and ask for early payment of debts," he said.
