KIEV, Aug. 16 – The surplus of Ukraine's foreign trade in services from January through June 2007 is estimated at $1.853 billion, down from $1.928 billion in the first half of 2006, the State Statistics Committee reported.
From January to June 2007, the amount of foreign trade in services grew year-over-year: exports rose by 8%, to $3.834 billion, while imports were up by 22%, to $1.981 billion.
Ukraine traded with 198 countries and territories over the period under review.
