KIEV/WARSAW, Aug. 16 - Polish meat concern PKM Duda has completed a deal to buy 100% of meat producer Express in Rivne region, which had belonged to Kiev-based Express Bank.

As PKM Duda said in a semiannual report, the deal is worth UAH12 million. Express was taken over through Duda's Ukrainian-based company Rosan-Agro Ltd., headquartered in Ivano-Frankivsk.

The acquired enterprise is located not far from Duda's Zoria farm and should become a central meat producing enterprise on the Ukrainian market.
