KHARKIV, Aug. 16 – Ukraine has won a tender to supply armored personnel carriers to Thailand, Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych said.

"We were bidders and we won. A contract for the production of 96 APCs already exists," the premier said at press conference in Kharkiv on Thursday after a visit to the state-run Malyshev plant.
