KIEV, Aug. 15 - Ukraine’s oil supply monopoly, UkrTransNafta, created a new subsidiary to manage operations of the Odessa-Brody oil pipeline capable of moving Caspian Sea oil shipments to Europe, a company official said Wednesday.
The subsidiary, to be known as the Southern Oil Pipelines, will incorporate the Odessa-Brody pipeline and related infrastructure, such as the Pivdenniy oil terminal near Odessa, the company said.
