KIEV, Aug. 13 – The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development may lend $65 million to Ukrainian oil transport company UkrTransNafta, the EBRD reported.

The project is part of UkrTransNafta's overall capital expenditure program projected to be $200 million during the disbursement period.

The EBRD Board of Directors will consider the loan on Oct. 23.
