KIEV, Aug. 13 – The United States Department of Agriculture published a new grain report where it reviewed the forecast of Ukraine's coarse grain yield in 2007 downwards to 14.05 million tons from 15.41 million tons forecast by USDA a month earlier.
According to the report, USDA also downgraded the forecast of coarse grain export in the current marketing year (from July 2007 to June 2008), to 2.51 million tons from 3.01 million tons. The forecast of ending stocks was also lowered to 1.24 million tons from 1.54 million tons.
