KIEV, Aug. 13 – Ukraine's Antimonopoly Committee has allowed U.S.-based companies PepsiCo and PepsiAmericas to buy over 25% and 50%, respectively, in Ukraine's largest juice producer, Sandora Ltd., in Mykolaiv region, the AMC reported.

"As the companies operate on different commodities markets of Ukraine and this concentration will not result in monopolization, the Committee has authorized the deal," reads the report.
