KIEV, Aug. 13 – President Viktor Yushchenko on Monday urged the Central Election Commission to quickly register the group led by former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko for the Sept. 30 election despite disagreement over candidate addresses.

Yushchenko also called on Tymoshenko to suspend her protest campaign in front of the CEC office a day after she had asked hundreds of her supporters to picket the commission demanding her party’s registration.
