KIEV, Aug 7 – The liquidation of the state Resource and Document Company at Ukraine’s Interior Ministry would worsen servicing of the public, increase lines and burden of employees of the passport service, according to Resource and Document Director General Volodymyr Shvachko.
"If the decision to liquidate were made, this would lead to closing of centers, which issue passports in short time... The lines would increase, and this would evoke scandals and complaints," he said at a press conference in Kiev last week.
