KIEV, Aug. 7 – The Cabinet has ordered the Fuel and Energy Ministry jointly with the Foreign Ministry in 2008 an 2010 to hold talks with Iraq and Turkey on the necessity to create a Kirkuk (Iraq) – Trabzon (Turkey) - Pivdenny (Ukraine) oil transport corridor.

The order is stipulated in cabinet resolution No. 606-p of Aug. 1, which approved the plan on measures to fulfill a comprehensive program on approving Ukraine the transit state in 2002-2010.
