KIEV, Aug. 6 – Ukraine's cabinet has approved the procedure for converting radio frequencies for use with 3G mobile communications, Volodymyr Zveriev, head of the National Communications Regulatory Commission, told Interfax-Ukraine. The procedure was developed by the NCRC.
