KIEV, Aug. 6 – Housing prices in Kiev grew by an average 9.5% from Jan. 5 through Aug. 3.

According to an analysis of data from www.realt.kiev.ua conducted by Interfax-Ukraine, the average price of one square meter of housing Kiev grew by 15.29% on the primary market and by 8.32% on the secondary market over the period under review. The average asking price for an apartment on the secondary market rose by 4.93%.
