SIMFEROPOL, Aug. 3 – The state-owned Chornomornaftogaz plans to find a new partner to jointly develop the Odessa gas field, as the existing partner – Ukrgazvydobuvannia – is not fulfilling the obligations it undertook, the company says.

"As our partners - Ukrgazvydobuvannia - have no funds, I'll have to ask the national Naftogaz Ukrayiny soon to cancel the agreement between us and Ukrgazvydobuvannia, as it does not fulfill its liabilities," Chornomornaftogaz Board Chairman Anatoliy Prysiazhniuk told the press in Simferopol on Thursday.
