KIEV, July 31 – The Troitsky trade and entertainment center, which is being constructed in front of Olimpiysky Sport Complex in Kiev, won't prevent any evacuation from the stadium, a professor from Kiev National University of Construction and Architecture, Mykola Diomin, said.

He was referring to a model for evacuating spectators from the stadium drawn up by a French company.

"The Troitsky trade and entertainment center, in its current form, does not influence the carrying capacity of the street and road network near Olimpiysky Sport Complex," he said, adding that the center would also not hinder the evacuation of spectators from the stadium when it is fully constructed.
