KIEV, July 31 - A meeting of the shareholders of UkrTatNafta, which operates the Kremenchuk oil refinery, Ukraine's largest, failed to go ahead Monday because it lacked a quorum, company CEO Serhiy Hlushko told Interfax.
None of the shareholders register red to attend the meeting that was supposed to be held in Kremenchuk, he said, adding that he did not have any information concerning another UkrTatNafta shareholder meeting that was also supposed to be held Monday, but in Kiev, at the offices of national oil and gas company Naftogaz Ukrayiny.
